Employee's Policy
Leave Policy:
- Employees are eligible to take four OFFs in a month.
- You May not allow to take leave/OFF without giving prior notice or it will consider as two days OFF Deduction.
Notice Period:
- You may not be leave the Company without giving 1 Month prior notice.
- If an employee goes for long leave (more than 5 days) his 10 days salary would be on hold as per security.
- If an employee left without giving any prior notice his leftover consider as company’s compensation.
Salary:
Salary will be credit in your account every 10th –15th day of the month.
Termination of Employment:
- Any Circumstances which can leads to Company reputation (Monetary/ Non-Monetary, Tangible / Intangible), irresponsible behaviour or caught stealing can be terminated by the Company.
- An employee may have to pay the compensation to the company, if he caught doing such any activity as mention above.
- In case an employee has left, but if any incidents found by our authority. The company has fully right to take a legal action against such employee or related person.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy:
- Party reservation above 15 Pax are require to take advance tokken amount for confirm reservation.
- All discounts and offers are vaild on Ala Carte menu only.
- Complementry / Coupons/ Vouchers/ shall not be entertain without prior reservation.
- Advance payments are not refundable.
- Offer cannot be clubbed with existing offers, In-House restaurant offers & Offers from other platforms.
- Any Items ordered that are not included in the menu will be billed separately
- Government Taxes and Service Charge as applicable
Cancellation Policy:
The restaurant’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers, and adequate notice beinggiven of any changes or cancellations.
- For all reseravtion, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
- The cancellation charges reflects the cost incurred by restaurant’s in terms of staffing, food, and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential reseravtions.
- We will notify you if any cancellation charges is applied.
- Any reservation which fail to turn up without any prior notice, will also incur 50% per person charges to the minimun garantee of guests.
- We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation charges for any booking that is cancelled, or if numbers are reduced without prior notice.
